A one-off clean is a single, deep, top-to-bottom clean with no ongoing contract. It covers kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, skirtings and high-touch surfaces, plus ground-in dirt, stain and odour removal, with extras such as inside the oven, interior windows, carpet steam cleaning or an animal accident clean-up on request. You choose the whole property or just one room — and in Melbourne and Sydney we can usually be on site within 1–2 hours.

It’s the right call when a space needs more than a routine tidy — before or after a renovation, ahead of an open home or rental inspection, when you are moving in or out, after a pet accident, or when something simply has to be sorted today. Short notice is what we are built for: most jobs do not need to be booked days ahead, and we can often start the same afternoon.

A single room sits at the lower end; a large home, a full post-renovation clean or a multi-room animal accident clean-up sits well above it. Can you clean up after a pet or animal accident? +
Yes — animal accident clean-ups are one of the most common one-off jobs we take. We deal with pet urine, faeces, vomit and the odour that follows, across carpet and underlay, hard floors and grout, upholstery, bedding and mattresses. If a team is free in your area we can often attend the same day, and the sooner it is treated the less chance of permanent staining.
Can you remove the pet smell completely, or just the stain? +
Both. Surface cleaning alone rarely fixes pet odour, because urine soaks into the carpet backing, underlay and sometimes the sub-floor. We locate the full extent with UV light, extract it, then apply enzyme treatments that break down the odour-causing salts instead of masking them. In severe cases we may recommend sealing the sub-floor or replacing underlay.
Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children? +
Yes. We use non-toxic, pet-safe treatments and ventilate as we work. We will tell you how long to keep pets and kids off the area, which is usually just until it is dry.
Can you remove stains and odours, or just clean the surface? +
We treat both. Ground-in dirt, spot stains, scuffs and marks are treated by surface type rather than scrubbed the same way everywhere, and odours — smoke, damp, bins, cooking or pet urine — are neutralised at the source instead of covered with fragrance. Tell us what the mark or smell is and how long it has been there, and we will tell you straight what can be removed and what cannot.
