What was the project?
Clean + Simple delivered the builders clean for Ashbury Terraces, a large-scale residential development by Coronation Property.
The completed precinct comprises 59 terrace homes, 3 penthouses and 74 apartments across 136 residences, designed by SJB with landscape design by 360 Landscape Architects.
Our engagement covered the final clean across the residences and common areas, and continues today as an ongoing maintenance contract.
What did the scope cover?
Our team managed the final builders clean across the residences, the common areas and the development’s centrepiece Garden Pavilion — a resort-style communal space with pool, dining and BBQ areas, and residents’ gym — ensuring the site was presentation-ready ahead of settlement and sale.
What happens after handover?
A builders clean gets a precinct to settlement. Keeping it there is a different job — one that runs on a schedule, covers the spaces every resident walks through daily, and is judged every day rather than once at handover.

Ashbury Terraces has since gone on to win multiple industry awards, including Excellence in Residential Construction from the Australian Institute of Building — and we are still on site, maintaining the shared spaces residents moved into.
